Cancellation & Returns Policy

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at anoura.ae@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Customer name and billing address
  • Recipient name and delivery address

Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date to be processed.

Returns

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once your order has been dispatched.

For non-floral items (such as gift boxes or art pieces), returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in their original condition to:

Custom and Personalized Orders

Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once the customization process has begun.

Fraudulent Transactions

If unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment card has occurred, you have the right to cancel the transaction at any time. We will issue a full refund for any amounts not reimbursed by your card issuer.
