Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or in orders already placed.

Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Payment must be received in full before order processing
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information

Product Variations

Due to the natural and seasonal nature of flowers, actual arrangements may vary slightly from images shown. We guarantee that the overall design, color scheme, and value will be maintained. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute with a similar or superior bloom.

Liability

While we take every care in preparing and delivering our products:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Fresh flowers are perishable; their longevity depends on care after delivery
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
