Delivery Areas
We currently offer flower and gift delivery throughout Dubai and the UAE. Please contact us at anoura.ae@gmail.com to confirm delivery availability to your specific area.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) will be delivered the same day
- Scheduled Delivery: You may select a specific delivery date and time during checkout
- Express Delivery: Available for urgent orders (additional fees may apply)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Process
Our delivery team will contact the recipient to coordinate delivery. If the recipient is unavailable:
- We will attempt to contact them via phone
- A delivery attempt notice will be left
- The order may be left with a neighbor or building reception (with recipient's prior consent)
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Fresh Flower Care
All our floral arrangements are prepared fresh on the day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. We take special care in packaging to protect your flowers during transit.
Order Tracking
You will receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with estimated delivery time.
